ANA SAENZ Private Collection is made with grapes from 100-110 year-old vineyards, cultivated using biodynamic viticulture on hillsides. After a hand-selected harvest, this wine undergoes the complete barrel fermentation process and is produced by gravity, without any mechanical processes.
Malolactic fermentation and aging are followed in new French and American oak barrels for over 18 months.
