
ANA SAENZ Private Collection is made with grapes from 100-110 year-old vineyards, using biodynamic viticulture on mountain slopes. After a hand-selected harvest, this wine undergoes the complete barrel fermentation process and is produced by gravity, without any mechanical processes.
LUIS SAENZ Selection is made with grapes from 60-90 year-old vineyards located in Rioja Alta, where sustainable viticulture is practiced on mountain slopes, where the traditional, hand-picked grapes are harvested. Malolactic fermentation takes place in new French oak barrels for 3 months.
FINCA VALDEGUINEA Tradition is our wine made with grapes from our 25-50 year-old vineyards in VALDEGUINEA, an area located in El Cortijo (Rioja Alta). Sustainable viticulture on mountain slopes, where the grape harvest is traditionally carried out by hand.
