ANA SAENZ Private Collection is made with grapes from 100-110 year-old vineyards, cultivated using biodynamic viticulture on hillsides. After a hand-selected harvest, this wine undergoes the complete barrel fermentation process and is produced by gravity, without any mechanical processes.
Malolactic fermentation and aging are followed in new French and American oak barrels for over 18 months.At Bodega LUIS SAENZ, we work to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition and with the highest quality. Shipping Issues:We ask the customer to carefully inspect the package upon receipt. If you detect visible damage to the packaging or signs of tampering, we recommend not accepting the order and noting the issue on the carrier's delivery note.
